Product Description
 

1.   Application and character:

The machine pastes one of the two layers of materials with glue before laminating them. The two layers of materials, such as release paper, sponge fabrics, man-made leathers and some other laminated materials applicable to decoration and ornament, shoe making, bags or suitcase, garments, car interior decoration and the other industries.

The characters of the machine: gluing is reliable and even, compression fast and reliable, drying and rolling-up with high efficiency and etc.

4.   Instruction of assembly operation.

1). Feeder:

Separately put two layers of materials onto feeder hooks and adjust the deflection angle of tensioner in accordance with different materials in order to have an ideal drive.

 

2). Power and driving mechanism:

In the machine, an adjustable speed motor is used to drive a reducer to transmit the power to gluing roller, drying drum and compression. Its linear speed is optional according to different processing requirements. Operating the speed-regulating knob of speed regulator and a hand wheel of buncher, you can obtain speed accelerating or reducing and meet with synchronized requirement of gluing roller, drying drum and compression roller.

 

3). Deviation-correcting device and net belt:

Deviation of the compression net belt, in working, will occur when it going through fabric delivery shafts, and meanwhile, influenced by the variation of laminated materials. The deviation should be corrected right away. The machine is equipped with an automatic deviation-correcting device. In normal status, the position of the infrared detectors at both sides (Photoelectricity transducer) and a travel switch is not permitted to move at will for avoiding running away and deviation and damaging the machine. The drying drum is tightly clung by the net belt so that there exist a very strong stretching force, which makes the lamination more even, fast and flat.

 

Except for emergency, the net belt is not permitted to reverse; otherwise, the service life of the machine will be affected.

 

4). Drying drum:

Drying drum is the main component of the machine, including two types, i.e. electric heating and steam heating. (The electric heating type is commonly used.)

 

Electric heating drum adopts far infrared heating piping by which, the temperature can be flexibly set in accordance with different materials to be laminated and automatic thermostatic status is realized in the area of set value. (Set manner refer to 5).

 

The principle of steam heating drum is that the drying drum revolves; temperature is transmitted by drum wall on which the laminated materials are dried up. A rotating contact is linked to the flange on the end of the shaft of the drying drum, which makes the drying drum revolving independently. A pressure gauge displays the pressure of steam; a safety valve ensures the safety of the steam system; a steam trap discharges the condensed water from the drum; a valve controls switching of the steam and the temperature is controlled by steam and valve.

 

In installation and replacing steam components, be sure that they should be firmly installed for assuring safety. In case of not using the machine, the remained water in the drying drum should be drained off.

 

The total steam system is pressure vessel; it is required to do periodical detection and maintenance in accordance with relative national regulations.   

 

5). Electrical control:

The whole system is powered by three-phases four–wire, with voltage 380V and frequency 50HZ. Its installed capacity is no less than 40 KVA (Steam drying drum is 6KVA), and control cabinet locates at the right side of the machine. A start-stop switches, SB6, SB7 and SB8, SB9, are installed on both operation arms of the machine, which make its operation convenient.

 

Pressing button SB2, SB6 or SB7, main motor revolves positive, and pressing SB1, SB8 or SB9, the main motor stops. In necessity of revolving the machine reverse (generally, it is not necessary to revolve the machine reverse) just pressing SB3, currently, the motor revolves reverse. For stopping the reverse revolving, press the stop button SB1.

 

Electric heating drum: Pressing the heating button SB5, instrument starts working, then regulating set temperature. As to the manner of setting temperature, please refer to the instruction of temperature control instrument. In necessity of speedy heating-up, turn on button SA1 to make both group 1 and group 2 heating piping being heated up simultaneously until the set temperature is reached before switching off SA1 and keeping the working status of the heating piping of group 1 only to ensure the constant temperature. When the temperature in drying drum is less than the set temperature, the electric heating piping in the group I will in heating status. And when the temperature in drying drum is higher than the set temperature, heating will automatically stopped. This kind of circle makes the temperature in the drying drum keeping in the area of set value. If the heating should be stopped, just press button SB4.

 

Steam heating: Open related valve to let steam going into drying drum. The regulation of temperature is controlled by steam temperature and its flow rate. There is no any section of heating and controlling by electric heating piping in circuit diagram.

 

The machine is equipped with automatic positioning system for net belt deviation correction. When the net belt runs deviating to one side, reaching the detecting point of photoelectric relay, i.e., GR1, GR2, light control relay will swiftly turn on electromagnetic valve, by driving of a cylinder to regulate net belt and ensure it being driven, all along, at the center. SQ1 and SQ2 are of secondary protection function.

      

6). Scraping device: gluing volume should be adjusted in accordance with different materials. The manner of the adjustment is to screw the setting screws on both ends of blade shaft, down screwing for increasing the gluing volume and contrarily for reducing.

 

7). Fan cooling: The laminated materials coming from between drying drum and net belt is with temperature to a certain degree, which should be blown by a fan for cooling sizing for reducing temperature of the ready materials in order to rise up their quality and make its stockage convenient.

 

8). Towing mechanism: For making the laminated material can be rolled up smoothly, this mechanism is used to transmit the materials out of drying drum to rolling-up device to roll it up.  Adjusting the clearance between pressure rollers can regulate the towing force.

 

9). Counter: The counter is used for counting the length of the laminated material in a time unit.

 

10). Rolling up materials: The laminated material should be rolled up for convenience in delivery and storage. The linear speed of the device should be regulated to be identical to the speed of laminated materials for ensuring the rolled fabrics to be of proper tightness.

 

5. Installation and regulation

1). In installation, all components of the machine should be aligned each other, at front and rear.

 

2). Regulate foundation bolts to make all shafts, gluing roller, and drying drum being in leveled status with a tolerance less than1mm/mm.

 

3). Taking drying drum as a reference to regulate all shafts, gluing roller, and drying drum

for making them being paralleled with a tolerance less than1mm/mm.

 

4). Adjust deviation-regulating roller to center before uninstalling infrared detector; then adjust the net belt pressure roller. The machine should do trial running for an hour, in condition that no any deviation occurs on the net belt before reinstalling the infrared detector.

 

5). Driving chain should be in normal operation, without any locked or slack problem. And meanwhile, install protection casing.

 

6). Inspect the fastened situation on all linked or jointed places, chain wheels and chain should be re-oiled with lubricant and at the same time, inspect and ensure all electric wiring are properly connected. The revolving direction of motor should be inspected as well.

 

7). If the machine is not to be used for a long time, the net belt should be in loose status.

 

All above-mentioned inspection should be done for ensuring no any abnormality before entering into trial running. The trial running should no less than 2 hours. Eliminate all abnormality if there is any being found.

 

6. Maintenance

   1).  Reducer should be changed with new lubricant every six months.

 

   2).  The grease used in motor should be replaced after using for one year.

 

   3).  After using, glue channel and scraping components should be cleaned and any remained glue and dirt on every part of the machine should be cleared up.

 

   4).  The chain should be kept in normal lubrication and tensioned in time.

 

   5).  The electrical circuit should be perfectly insulated.

 

   6).  In using, if you find any slack on net belt, properly tension it in time.
